Overview
We are hiring a energetic and confident Property Sales Agent to call potential clients, present property options, and convert leads into sales. Candidates with prior experience in real estate/property sales will be preferred. This is a fully on-site role with a strong earning potential through commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers and introduce ongoing property projects.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into confirmed clients.
- Provide complete details regarding properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and arrange site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales manager for daily updates and reporting.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and sales pitch skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
- Strong follow-up skills and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in property or real estate sales is highly preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong speaking and sales skills may also apply.
