The Role
We are seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants to join a leading property developer in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads and convert them into sales • Engage and manage client relationships professionally • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Provide property presentations and tours to clients • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred) • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills • Ability to work independently and achieve targets • Languages are an advantage
