Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitating sale of given real estate inventory.

* Lead generation and attending to the leads provided.

* Moving potential clients towards purchase by setting up meetings, presentations, site visits, product explanation etc.

* Market analysis, Need analysis, Negotiation and Sale closures.

* Coordination between managers, clients etc.

Desires Candidate Profile:

* Skilled in handling customer interaction.

* Good written, verbal and listening skills.

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Excellent interpersonal skills is a must.

* Pro active, determined, self motivated and a go- getter.
