Hiring: Sales Advisor – Real Estate

Yoho Properties is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service across both the off-plan and secondary real estate markets.

Near Dubai Mall Metro Station
6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients
• Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments
• Negotiate property prices and terms effectively
• Guide clients through the buying process, documentation, and payment plans
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams for seamless client service
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related sales field in Dubai preferred
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus
