Property Sales Consultant (Commission-Only)

Role Overview

We are hiring Property Sales Consultants who can professionally communicate with clients, build relationships, and confidently close deals in Dubai’s fast-paced property market. The ideal candidate is motivated, proactive, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan, secondary market, and rental properties
  • Actively build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and site tours
  • Manage and follow up on leads using CRM systems
  • List and upload properties on the CRM for sale or rent, including listings sourced from company-provided leads as well as self-generated clients
  • Stay updated on new launches, developer projects, and market trends
  • Actively create content and maintain a presence on social media platforms
  • Work toward monthly sales and performance targets
  • Generate own leads through networking, referrals, and online engagement

Requirements

  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Mandatory: Fluent English communication skills, additional languages is an advantage
  • Confident, persuasive, and sales-driven personality
  • Basic real estate knowledge and understanding of Dubai’s property market
  • Active social media presence and willingness to create/engage with content
  • UAE Driving License & car (advantage but not mandatory)
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Good presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • CRM experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
