We are looking for a results-driven Property Consultant - Sales to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be resident in Abu Dhabi and have a strong knowledge of the local real estate market. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in properties while achieving sales targets.
Key of Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads within Abu Dhabi
- Advise clients on Abu Dhabi neighborhoods, projects, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and presentations exclusively in Abu Dhabi
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closing of transactions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and new developments
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build trust with clients
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- UAE real estate experience is preferred
