Job Summary:

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Property Sales Consultants who are passionate about Dubai’s real estate market and thrive in a performance-based environment. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to succeed without a fixed salary and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage listings, collecting property information and coordinating marketing materials.
• Stay current on Dubai’s real estate rules, regulations, and market trends.
• Organize and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through final agreement.
• Monitor transactions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and other agents.
• Proactively follow up with clients after viewings and maintain strong relationships through regular engagement.
• Generate leads and new business opportunities through the company database and personal networking efforts.

About You:

• Minimum one (1) year of sales experience or basic sales knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Professional, reliable, and presentable, with strong interpersonal and networking abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to work smart, succeed, and earn great rewards
• Active on social media or open to promoting both yourself and the company online
• Possess a valid UAE driving license or able to obtain one within 3 months of joining

Commission Structure:

• Up to 100k: 50%
• 100-150k: 55%
• 150-230k: 60%
• 230-300k: 65%
• 300k and above: 70%

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
