Job Description:

Al Fariq Properties LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven real estate sales experience, and the ability to effectively manage marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the property sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders

Oversee property listings, viewings, and negotiations

Ensure the sales team delivers excellent customer service

Prepare and review sales reports to track performance

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Property Sales Manager role

Strong background in property sales and marketing

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage and motivate a sales team

Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus

Salary, commission, and benefits will be discussed during the interview.
