Valerus Home Experts (VHE) is expanding throughout the Kansas City metro area and is seeking motivated Property Scouts to help identify off-market real estate opportunities.

If you're familiar with local neighborhoods, understand property values, enjoy networking, and can spot opportunities others overlook, this role offers a flexible way to generate significant income while working around your existing schedule.

What You'll Do

• Identify distressed, vacant, inherited, abandoned, or off-market properties
• Locate homeowners who may be interested in selling
• Drive neighborhoods and uncover hidden opportunities
• Build relationships within local communities
• Gather property details and seller motivation information
• Take basic property photos and observations
• Submit qualified opportunities through our lead platform
• Work alongside our acquisitions team to help convert leads into transactions

Ideal Backgrounds

We welcome candidates with experience in:

• Real estate wholesaling
• Residential real estate sales
• Property appraisal
• Property management
• Real estate investing
• Construction or remodeling
• Property inspections
• Door-to-door sales
• B2C sales
• Contractor estimating

A real estate license is NOT required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, sales, construction, appraisal, property management, or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with camera and GPS
• Professional appearance and conduct

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with performance incentives.
