Property Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Property Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Human Resources Outsourcing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and facilitating smooth transactions between landlords and tenants. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and service providers, to ensure that all property-related needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
2. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
3. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both landlords and tenants.
4. Monitor and enforce compliance with local property laws and regulations, staying updated on changes in legislation.
5. Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and promote available properties.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate property documentation, including leases, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
8. Conduct market research to assess property values and trends, providing insights to clients for informed decision-making.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the leasing process.
10. Assist in resolving tenant disputes and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive living experience.

Preferred Candidate

1. Proven experience as a Property Specialist or in a similar role within the real estate sector.
2. Strong understanding of property management principles and local real estate market dynamics.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
4. Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
5. Demonstrated negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. Familiarity with property management software and tools, enhancing efficiency in operations.
8. A valid real estate license in Dubai is preferred, demonstrating commitment to the profession.
9. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
