Job Vacancy: Property Supervisor

Location: Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee and manage our property portfolio in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations, maintaining strong tenant relations, and driving occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily property operations, including maintenance, tenant communication, and lease management.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Market available properties and assist in securing new tenants.
• Prepare reports on property performance, expenses, and occupancy.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers when required.
• Drive occupancy and revenue by adding new tenants.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s property market and tenancy regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.
• Must currently be based in Bahrain.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: BHD 300 – 350 per month.
• Commission: Attractive commission on securing new tenants.
• Additional benefits as per company policy.
