Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate consultation, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and offering excellent customer service. The role involves conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining updated knowledge of market trends and property regulations. The Property Consultant will also manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the property transaction process.

Qualifications

• Consulting skills in the real estate domain
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
