Proposal Administrator

Overview:

John's Sewer & Pipe Cleaning is looking for a candidate to join our team full time as a Proposal Administrator. We are looking for a candidate to help improve and streamline our proposal generation process. The ideal candidate will possess both written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Communicating with customers through both phone and email, tracking proposal requests, generating proposals for different departments, and providing administrative support to management. The ideal candidate has strong customer service and computer skills and relative experience working in the service industry, preferably related to drain cleaning and/or plumbing or a background in project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
