Proposal & Bid Engineer

Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Proposal & Bid Engineer (Tendering) to join our team

Requirements

• Same baseline as Manager (Engineering degree, 5–10 years in consultancy, strong tendering knowledge, English proficiency, MS Office & tools).
• Specific focus on hands-on proposal preparation.
• Preferred: Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, UAE/GCC procurement, multidisciplinary projects, and tender portals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals, including methodology, execution plans, resources, and compliance matrices.
• Review RFP/RFQ documents, extract scope, and identify submission criteria.
• Coordinate with technical teams for CVs, project references, and technical write-ups.
• Assist in financial proposal preparation.
• Ensure proposals meet quality, branding, and compliance standards.
• Maintain a database of resumes, project sheets, and credentials for quick turnaround.
• Support bid clarifications and client correspondence during tender stages.
