Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related field).
- 5–10 years of experience in engineering consultancy firms.
- Proven track record in managing and preparing technical & financial proposals.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, including PQs, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and client requirements.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools.
- Preferred: Experience with international consultancy firms, FIDIC contracts, UAE/GCC procurement rules, and governmental tender portals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end proposal preparation (technical + financial).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Oversee pre-qualification, compliance, and quality control of all proposals.
- Maintain strong communication with clients during bid stages.
- Supervise proposal engineers, ensuring branding, formatting, and compliance.
- Provide strategic input to improve win rates and proposal processes.
