Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related field).
  • 5–10 years of experience in engineering consultancy firms.
  • Proven track record in managing and preparing technical & financial proposals.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes, including PQs, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and client requirements.
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with international consultancy firms, FIDIC contracts, UAE/GCC procurement rules, and governmental tender portals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end proposal preparation (technical + financial).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Oversee pre-qualification, compliance, and quality control of all proposals.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients during bid stages.
  • Supervise proposal engineers, ensuring branding, formatting, and compliance.
  • Provide strategic input to improve win rates and proposal processes.
