The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation, submission, and follow-up of business proposals, tenders, and bids. This role ensures timely and compliant responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs, and other client requirements while collaborating with internal teams to produce high-quality, competitive submissions.

Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process from initial request to submission

Review RFP/RFQ documents and summarize key requirements, deadlines, and deliverables

Collaborate with internal departments to gather required inputs

Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and company standards

Maintain version control and ensure consistency across all proposal documents

Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals

Assist in pricing coordination and commercial documentation where required

Support post-submission activities such as clarifications, presentations, and negotiations

Maintain records of submitted proposals and track outcomes (win/loss analysis)

Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, and templates
Qualifications & Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, bid management, or a similar role.

Experience working with tenders, RFPs, and government or corporate bid processes is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English & Arabic)

High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Experience in ERP systems (Salesforce) or proposal management software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
