Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals for projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, project management) to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Analyze project requirements and scope to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Ensure proposals comply with client specifications and company standards.
• Maintain a database of proposals and monitor submission deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of GCC experience in proposal preparation in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project costing, BOQ, and tender documents.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
