Proposal Engineer

The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of accurate quotations to support business development and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client inquiries, tender documents, and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and project teams to gather cost and technical inputs.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOMs, and pricing sheets.
• Ensure proposals are compliant with customer requirements and company standards.
• Communicate with clients for clarifications and technical discussions.
• Maintain proposal records, tracking of submitted quotations, and follow-up on status.
• Support sales and business development teams with technical documentation and presentations.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• 1–2 years of experience in proposal preparation, estimation, or tendering (preferably in fabrication / process equipment / EPC industry).

Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related field.

• Experience in distillery, brewery, or process plant projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or costing software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
