Proposal & Marketing Coordinator (#MD-PC-01)

Overview

The Proposal & Marketing Coordinator supports marketing pursuits and proposal development for AEC projects, working closely with technical staff and marketing leadership. This role requires experience in the AEC industry and the ability to support multiple concurrent pursuits from opportunity identification through submission.

Responsibilities

  • Search for, track, and support marketing opportunities and active pursuits.
  • Coordinate proposal efforts, including kick-off meetings, schedules, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Write, edit, and tailor proposal narratives for specific clients and projects.
  • Produce proposal submissions using Adobe InDesign templates.
  • Prepare, maintain, and revise staff resumes and project sheets for proposals.
  • Maintain and manage marketing, resume, and project data in Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Support proposal submissions by compiling, formatting, and packaging materials for delivery, and help ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and marketing leadership throughout the pursuit process.
  • Support collaboration and document workflows using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proposal or marketing experience within the AEC industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM systems. (Vision or Cosential experience acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint (document management and collaboration workflows) and MS Teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent pursuits and deadlines.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to succeed in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas in an accessible way, both verbally and in writing.

The salary range for this position will be between $65,000- $75,000. This is a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills, licensure, location and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. At Loring, we offer a competitive benefits package, and eligibility for discretionary incentives based on position, which are determined by company and individual performance.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
