We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal & Marketing Design Specialist to help modernize and elevate our professional marketing, proposal, and presentation materials.

Duties

Precision Utility, LLC is seeking an experienced independent contractor with a strong background in proposal development, graphic design, branding, and document layout to create high-quality, reusable templates and marketing materials for our company.

Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)

• Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Proposal packages
• Presentations
• Capability statements
• Corporate marketing materials
• Technical and infrastructure-focused documents
• Design professional proposal and SOQ templates for ongoing company use
• Create branded layouts, graphics, infographics, organizational charts, and section dividers
• Develop visually appealing proposal covers and presentation materials
• Improve formatting, typography, branding consistency, and overall visual presentation
• Create editable templates compatible with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar platforms
• Assist with proposal graphics, photography layouts, maps, charts, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate with company leadership to align branding and messaging
• Organize reusable proposal assets and template libraries
• Ensure final deliverables are professional, polished, and print-ready

Requirements

Experience working with engineering, construction, utility, municipal, industrial, or government proposal documents preferred

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proposal, corporate, or technical document design
• Proficiency in one or more of the following:
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva Pro
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Affinity Publisher
• Experience creating templates for long-form proposals and presentations
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and corporate design
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

All templates, graphics, layouts, proposal materials, branding assets, and related work products created under this engagement shall become the sole and exclusive property of Precision Utility, LLC. Compensation provided under this agreement is for the contractor’s time, services, and deliverables. Contractor shall not retain ownership rights to completed materials developed for Precision Utility, LLC.
