Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to support our work-winning and business development activities across the Middle East region. The role involves managing the preparation and submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals, coordinating multidisciplinary bid teams, and ensuring submissions are delivered in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and coordination of technical and commercial proposals, EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.

Review tender documentation and identify submission requirements, risks, and key deliverables.

Coordinate with technical, commercial, and business development teams to gather information required for bid submissions.

Develop proposal structures, schedules, compliance matrices, and submission plans.

Prepare high-quality bid documents, presentations, capability statements, and supporting materials.

Manage bid programmes and ensure timely submission of all deliverables.

Maintain proposal templates, project references, CV databases, and work-winning materials.

Support interview preparation, client presentations, and post-submission activities.

Ensure compliance with company branding, quality standards, and client requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Communications, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in bid management, proposal coordination, or work-winning activities.

Experience within engineering consultancy, architecture, construction, or professional services environments.

Proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary proposals and tender submissions.

Strong understanding of procurement processes and bid lifecycle management.

Excellent written communication, editing, and document management skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Technical Skills
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience with Adobe InDesign and proposal production software is highly desirable.

Familiarity with CRM systems, document management platforms, and bid management tools.

Strong document formatting, presentation, and quality assurance capabilities.
Preferred Attributes

Experience working on major building, infrastructure, transportation, or data center projects.
