Proposal Writer

The Proposal Writer is responsible for preparing high-quality, compelling, and compliant proposals, bids, and tender documents in response to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs. The role involves close coordination with sales, operations, technical, and finance teams to develop clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals that align with client requirements and company capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proposal Development & Writing.

Research and Content Management.

Coordination and Stakeholder Management.

Submission and Post Submission Support.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or technical writing (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Proven experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Experience working with government or corporate tenders is an advantage.

SKILLS AND CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent written communication and editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to understand technical and commercial concepts and translate them into clear content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and document formatting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
