Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary PropTech Product Manager to lead product development, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver cutting-edge solutions for the real estate sector. This role requires strong product management expertise, a deep understanding of PropTech trends, and the ability to align technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in the PropTech space.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Product Development: Oversee design, development, and launch of digital real estate solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with real estate professionals, clients, and technology teams.
• User Experience: Ensure products deliver seamless, intuitive, and impactful user journeys.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze product success, and recommend improvements.
• Innovation: Introduce new technologies and features to keep products competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in PropTech or real estate technology.
• Strong knowledge of real estate technology, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to deliver successful products in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.

Pay: Up to KD2,200.000 per month

Work Location: In person
