Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PropTech Solutions Architect to design, implement, and oversee technology solutions tailored for real estate operations. This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to align PropTech innovations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Define and design scalable PropTech solutions for property management and customer platforms.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PropTech applications with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Cloud Deployment: Architect and manage cloud-based solutions for scalability and security.
• Data Analytics: Implement analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights into property operations and customer behavior.
• Innovation Leadership: Introduce emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and blockchain into real estate solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and real estate stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, evaluate system performance, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in PropTech or real estate technology.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with IoT, AI-driven analytics, and smart property management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver PropTech solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
