We are seeking a qualified Prosthodontist to join our family dental group, Clove Dental (clovedds.com). You must have completed formal Prosthodontic training to apply. Clove Dental is bringing the best of both worlds – centralized non-clinical functions combined with a team-based clinical approach. You will have autonomy over your care, and we will equip you with the best equipment, staff, and technology.
We have an immediate opening for a Prosthodontist and must be willing to work in our Riverpark office in Oxnard, CA. Please apply as soon as possible. The interview steps consist of an initial screening call, a working interview, and then placement into a practice.

Compensation: Based on experience, starting at $850
Expectations of Performance:
- Clinical Excellence – Perform comprehensive prosthodontic procedures with focus on function, esthetics, and long-term durability (crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implant restorations, full-mouth reconstructions). Diagnose and treatment plan complex restorative cases and provide implant prosthodontic services. Collaborate with surgical specialists, utilize digital dentistry tools (CBCT, intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM), and ensure accurate documentation and lab communication.
- Patient Experience – Demonstrate excellent chairside manner, educate patients on treatment options and maintenance, and prioritize comfort and satisfaction. Ensure restorative cases meet high esthetic and functional standards, and maintain efficient case flow.
- Leadership & Teamwork – Manage restorative workflow, optimize lab coordination and case sequencing, mentor general dentists and associates, and train staff on prosthodontic protocols. Exhibit openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous clinical and leadership improvement.
- Customer Service – Manages difficult or emotional patient situations, responds promptly to patient needs, solicits patient feedback to improve service, and meets commitments.
