Protein plant engineer

Main responsibilities:

Can be lead teams for protein production and plant maintenance.

Can manage boiler operations, maintenance and breakdowns.

Operate and monitor rendering equipment like filters, Batch cookers, conveyors, drying tunnels, fat presses and fat handling units.

Monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters during rendering process to ensure optimal processing conditions.

Adjust equipment settings as necessary to maintain product quality

Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications

Perform routine maintenance on processing equipment and boilers to prevent breakdowns to ensure efficient operation and records keeping of process control check sheets, receiving, dispatch, packing sheets, chemicals etc.

Required qualifications

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

Languages ​​/ Arabic- English

5 Years experience at poultry processing rendering plant as engineer
