Acquisition Program Analyst – V-22 Training Support (PMA-275)
Position Summary
The Acquisition Program Analyst provides comprehensive acquisition, program management, and training support to the PMA-275 V-22 Training Team. This position supports the development, coordination, and execution of acquisition and logistics documentation while assisting with program planning, requirements analysis, contract support, data management, and training program oversight. The analyst applies acquisition and program management principles to evaluate project objectives, analyze requirements, monitor schedules and budgets, and support government-authoritative processes related to documentation, configuration management, and data management.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison among government, military, and industry stakeholders while supporting the delivery and sustainment of V-22 training systems and products.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition and Program Management Support
- Support the development and maintenance of acquisition documentation, including:
- Acquisition Plans (AP)
- Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR)
- Procurement Initiation Documents (PID)
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL)
- Funding documentation
- Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA)
- Analyze program requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, and status to support program execution and decision-making.
- Perform management, technical, operational, and business case analyses.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and schedules.
- Collect, organize, interpret, and report data related to aircraft acquisition and training programs.
- Apply established government processes for documentation control, configuration management, and data management.
- Support program teams, integrated product teams (IPTs), and project leadership in achieving acquisition and training objectives.
PMA-275 V-22 Training Team Support
- Provide direct support to all aspects of the PMA-275 V-22 Training Team, with emphasis on training efforts not assigned to a specific Training Product IPT.
- Represent the V-22 Training Lead at meetings, working groups, and program reviews as required.
- Identify, validate, and document training requirements.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Review contractor proposals and prepare technical evaluations and recommendations.
- Support acquisition planning, contract negotiations, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with PMA-275 Logistics IPT and other PMA-275 Integrated Product Teams.
- Serve as liaison with NAVAIR contracting, budgeting, and program offices.
- Provide support to geographically dispersed Training Product IPT Leads.
- Contribute training-related input to acquisition, logistics, and program management documentation.

- Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT)
- NAVAIR Orlando
- V-22 Maintenance Training Units
- V-22 Joint Program Office
- United States Air Force organizations
- Industry partners
CDRL Management
- Serve as Training IPT CDRL Manager.
- Track, monitor, and process all V-22 training-related CDRLs associated with:
- MV-22 Simulator Programs
- CV-22 Simulator Programs
- CMV-22 Simulator Programs
- Maintenance Training Programs
- Coordinate with PMA-275 Data Management personnel, Training Systems Division (TSD) Orlando, Bell, Boeing, and other stakeholder data managers to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of deliverables.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Telework or remote work may be authorized with government approval and mission requirements.
Travel Requirements
No routine travel is anticipated for this position.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
Substitutions:
- Associate degree (AA/AS) plus two (2) additional years of relevant experience; or
- Four (4) additional years of directly related experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Experience Requirements
Required Experience
- Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant professional experience performing acquisition, program management, logistics, training, or related support functions.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing program and project status and preparing supporting documentation for acquisition or program management activities.
- Experience supporting government acquisition programs and contract documentation.
Desired Experience
- Experience using the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS).
- Experience using the NAVAIR Program Management Tool (PMT).
- Experience utilizing the NAVAIR CDRL Management Tool.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes and training system programs.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position is subject to a government security investigation.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
