· To provide administrative and operational support to the Department.
· To coordinate with field teams and get the required data on a weekly/monthly basis
· Review the initial data and share with the project Manager for a second review and analysis
· To maintain updated data on a monthly basis for all the components according to the KPI
· Data entry of various data as per the requirement.
· To prepare monthly analysis, narrative reports & presentations
· To ensure proper record keeping in soft and hard copies on a daily basis
· To raise purchase requisitions (PRs) for items and services as per the requirement
· To check and submit personal and office expense claims of field teams to the finance department in a timely manner.
· To ensure timely supplies of medicine, commodities, and other required supplies to Clinics and service providers
· To ensure timely submission of work plans from the field teams and share with Project Manager for review
· To ensure close liaison with all key stakeholders in the province
· Ensure are the preparations for training and events.
