Position Overview

We are seeking a Proximity Marketing Manager to build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of canvassers who generate appointments for our Roof Inspectors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll recruit, train, and inspire a team in the field while ensuring homeowners receive a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train canvassing team.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and motivation.
• Oversee route planning and canvassing activities.
• Work alongside agents in the field to model best practices.
• Track team performance and ensure lead quality.
• Partner with Sales and Roof Inspectors to align goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in door-to-door, field sales, or related marketing roles.
• Proven ability to build and motivate teams.
• Strong coaching, training, and communication skills.
• Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
• Familiarity with mapping/tracking tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
