• Lesson planning: Create lesson plans and activities that are appropriate for the students' abilities and the curriculum
• Teaching: Teach English to students
• Assessment: Evaluate students' work by setting and marking tests and other assessments
• Feedback: Provide feedback to students and other teachers
• Extracurricular activities: Participate in and organize school activities
• Communication: Communicate with parents and refer students to outside help if needed
• Student support: Support and motivate students, and build productive relationships with them
• Classroom management: Manage the classroom and ensure it's a stimulating environment for learning
