culJob Responsibility :-

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Designing and implementing creative, curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Classroom Management: Creating a positive, orderly, and safe learning environment, establishing clear behavioral expectations, and maintaining classroom discipline.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assessing students' academic progress through tests, assignments, and observations, and providing constructive feedback.
• Student Support and Development: Nurturing students' abilities, fostering social skills, and providing extra support to children struggling with the curriculum.
• Communication with Parents: Conducting parent-teacher meetings and providing regular updates on student performance, behavior, and overall development

Skills Required :- English Communication Skills is mandatory.(written & verbal)

Education Qualification Required :- Post Graduate(MA English) + B.ed + CTET Qualified + Minimum 2- 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ Cambridge /IB curricullum
