PRT English Teacher

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach English language skills, including phonics, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension, tailored to primary levels.
• Lesson Planning: Develop interactive and creative lesson plans incorporating stories, rhymes, and role-plays.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Create, conduct, and grade assignments, tests, and homework to monitor student progress.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined learning environment, fostering a love for learning.
• Parent Communication: Report on students’ academic and social progress through parent-teacher meetings and reports.
• Holistic Development: Foster student personality development and encourage confident communication. Betterteam +4

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English or related field, preferably with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or D.El.Ed/TTC.
• Experience: Proven experience as a primary teacher, with expertise in foundational English education.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English, creativity in teaching methods, and proficiency in classroom management.
• Certifications: CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or state-level TET certification is often required. Betterteam +4
