A Hindi Teacher's job involves teaching Hindi language skills (speaking, reading, writing), grammar, literature, and culture through engaging lesson plans, activities (debates, plays, recitations), assessments, and fostering a positive, disciplined classroom environment while collaborating with parents and staff to ensure student linguistic and cultural growth. They create effective learning experiences, manage classrooms, assess progress, and participate in school events, focusing on developing fluency and appreciation for Hindi. Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruction & Curriculum: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering grammar, vocabulary, prose, poetry, and composition.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and stimulating learning environment, managing diverse student needs.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Create and grade tests, assignments, and projects; provide timely, developmental feedback to students.
  • Cultural Integration: Incorporate Hindi culture, traditions, and nuances to provide a holistic understanding.
  • Extracurricular Engagement: Organize and lead activities like debates, elocutions, plays, and quizzes to promote active language use.
  • Parent & Staff Collaboration: Communicate student progress, issues, and participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on new teaching methods, technologies, and attend workshops.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hindi.
  • Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed.).
  • Excellent command of Hindi language and literature.
  • Strong communication, classroom management, and motivational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,985.00 - ₹30,126.00 per month
