Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons according to the school curriculum and CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines.
- Develop age-appropriate teaching aids, activities, and assignments to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Encourage reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi through interactive classroom sessions.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes respect and curiosity.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in school events, competitions, and co-curricular activities related to the Hindi language.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan interdisciplinary lessons and school initiatives.
- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies, educational tools, and Hindi language developments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in Hindi (Hons.) or equivalent.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong command over Hindi (spoken and written).
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
