PRT Hindi Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons according to the school curriculum and CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines.
• Develop age-appropriate teaching aids, activities, and assignments to make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Encourage reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi through interactive classroom sessions.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes respect and curiosity.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and areas for improvement.
• Participate in school events, competitions, and co-curricular activities related to the Hindi language.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan interdisciplinary lessons and school initiatives.
• Stay updated with new teaching methodologies, educational tools, and Hindi language developments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Graduation in Hindi (Hons.) or equivalent.
• B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong command over Hindi (spoken and written).
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Pay: From ₹30,186.94 per month
