Job Title: PRT Maths (Primary Teacher – Mathematics)

Position Overview:

The PRT Maths teacher is responsible for teaching foundational mathematics to primary students (Classes I to V). The role focuses on building strong numerical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through engaging and interactive teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach basic mathematical concepts such as numbers, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, and measurements.
• Prepare lesson plans as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum guidelines.
• Use activity-based and experiential learning methods.
• Develop students’ logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and assessments.
• Maintain records of student progress and performance.
• Provide remedial support to slow learners.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
• Use teaching aids, worksheets, and smart board tools effectively.

Qualification & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. Mathematics / B.A. with Mathematics preferred).
• Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
• CTET qualified (Paper I) – Preferred/Required as per school norms.
• Strong command over basic mathematics concepts.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,732.76 - ₹18,000.00 per month
