PRT Maths Teacher

Job Description

Macro Vision School, a CBSE-affiliated school, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic PRT Mathematics Teacher to teach primary classes. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational knowledge in Mathematics, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make learning engaging and age-appropriate in line with CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to primary classes as per CBSE curriculum
• Develop students’ numeracy skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets, and interactive activities
• Use activity-based and child-friendly teaching methods
• Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, and evaluations
• Maintain academic records and student progress reports
• Provide individual support to students where required
• Use teaching aids and basic digital tools to enhance learning
• Participate in school academic activities, meetings, and training programs
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Mathematics or related field
• B.Ed (mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at primary level preferred
