PRT Mother Teacher

Vidya Bal Bhawan Sr. Sec. School invites applications for the post of PRT (Mother Teacher) for Primary Classes. The candidate must be a Graduate with B.Ed. (mandatory) and should have at least 2–3 years of regular teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably affiliated with CBSE. The applicant should be capable of handling all core subjects at the primary level, ensuring holistic development of students through activity-based learning, effective classroom management, and continuous assessment. Strong communication skills, a nurturing attitude, creativity in teaching methods, and the ability to maintain discipline with care and sensitivity are essential. Knowledge of lesson planning, worksheet preparation, student evaluation, and coordination with parents will be an added advantage.
