PRT- Pre Primary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. A Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for teaching and nurturing young learners (typically Nursery, LKG, UKG & early primary classes) using child-centric methods, ensuring foundational academic and social skill development. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports early childhood growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & delivering lessons for early years (pre-school/primary) aligned with CBSE/NEP guidelines.
• Creating an age-appropriate, child-friendly classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Using modern teaching aids & interactive methods to engage young learners.
• Assessment & feedback on students’ learning, behavior, social skills, and development.
• Maintaining classroom records, attendance, and coordinating with parents and school leadership.
• Managing classroom discipline and safety during school hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation in relevant subjects.
• CTET/STET qualified (as per CBSE/State norms).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Ability to use modern teaching aids and digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
