PRT Science (Primary Teacher – Science)
Position Overview:
The PRT Science teacher is responsible for teaching basic science concepts to primary students (Classes I to V). The teacher will help students develop curiosity, observation skills, and a foundational understanding of scientific concepts through engaging and activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach basic science topics such as plants, animals, human body, environment, matter, and simple experiments.
- Prepare lesson plans as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Use activity-based and experiential learning methods.
- Conduct simple classroom experiments and demonstrations.
- Develop students’ observation, reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Assign classwork, homework, and projects.
- Assess students regularly and maintain academic records.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities.
- Communicate student progress with parents.
Qualification & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) preferred.
- Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- CTET qualified (Paper I) – Preferred/Required as per school norms.
- Strong subject knowledge in basic science.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use smart classroom tools.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with good subject knowledge and teaching skills may apply.

- Creativity in explaining concepts.
- Classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct simple practical demonstrations safely.

Pay: ₹8,732.76 - ₹17,000.00 per month
