The worthy aspirant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field together with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from a recognized institution, the same being essential. A gracious command over the English tongue, clarity of expression, patience in instruction, and familiarity with basic computational and digital teaching tools are required. Freshers who bear earnest dedication and a gentle disposition toward young learners may also present themselves for consideration.

The appointed teacher shall be entrusted with the noble charge of guiding young scholars in their formative years, imparting foundational knowledge in literacy, numeracy, and moral conduct. He or she shall prepare lessons with diligence, maintain order and warmth within the classroom, assess progress with fairness, and keep faithful record of scholastic growth. Participation in school assemblies, co-curricular observances, meetings, and parental discourse shall form part of the entrusted duties.
