PS to Cheif Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a capable and self-reliant Personal Secretary (PS) to the CE to support daily executive operations. The ideal candidate must be able to drive independently to attend meetings, coordinate with external departments, and manage field tasks on behalf of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage CEO’s schedule, emails, documentation, and follow-ups using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • External Coordination: Communicate and coordinate directly with government and private departments for permits, submissions, follow-ups, and official paperwork.
  • Independent Mobility: Use a personal or company vehicle to travel for meetings, site visits, and task management as directed by the CEO.
  • Task Management: Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO when required, take minutes, and ensure action items are executed.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and maintain digital records.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive independently for work-related travel (not as a chauffeur).
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed for meetings and departmental coordination. (within Pakistan and across the borders)
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with government and private sector offices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Executive Assistant.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
