Tapering Clinician

Are you ready to be part of a mental health revolution? If you’re frustrated by the current state of psychiatric care and believe there’s a better way, this may be the right role for you.

At TaperClinic, we believe psychiatric medications are overused and that true mental health is found through less, not more. Our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dietitians, therapists, and sleep specialists works together to help patients learn the skills they need to heal and safely come off or lower medications.

On a larger scale, our mission is to build a true alternative to the conventional mental health system—one that provides outpatient services focused on root causes, not endless prescriptions, and hospitals that treat patients with compassion rather than chemical restraint. We’ve experienced 100% year-over-year growth, expanding from 1 state to 16 states in just five years. We’re a fast-growing, disruptive mental health startup, and we’re looking for clinicians who want to help redefine what psychiatric care can be.
