Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Now Hiring: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Hybrid Role (Sacramento, CA + Telehealth)

EverBloom Holistic Nursing, PC is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

This is a flexible, part-time hybrid position, ideal for a new graduate or early-career provider looking to build experience in a supportive environment.

Position Details:

• Start with approximately 6 hours per week, with opportunity to grow your caseload over time
• Hybrid role: 1 day in-person (Elk Grove, CA) + telehealth
• Flexible scheduling — you create your own schedule
• Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is a plus

Patient Population:

• Children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan
• Focus on ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders
• Experience working with children is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Medication management and follow-up visits
• Development of individualized treatment plans
• Patient and family education
• Documentation using EHR (Valant)
• Collaboration with families and care teams

Qualifications:

• Licensed PMHNP in California
• Open to new graduates (mentorship available)
• Strong clinical judgment and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with telehealth and in-person care

Compensation:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• $70–$80 per hour, depending on experience
• Fee for service
