Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We have an opening for an Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in our exciting geriatric mobile practice focusing on wellness and disease management in the geriatric community. Our team is supportive, caring, and we have tried to build a work environment that exemplifies teamwork.

Our focus is primary care and psychiatric care in assisted living communities. We are offering a full time position (Mon-Fri) to an PMHNP to better serve our clients psychiatric needs.

Being a mobile practice we go out to Assisted Living and Memory Care units to provide services. We go to 1 community each day and are in all of our facilities weekly. This position would require work at buildings in the Swansea & O'Fallon area.

We have a full time LPN covering each community and a full time APP that is usually over 2-4 communities. The LPN works as a combination of an administrative assistant as well as a case manager.

Starting pay is between $120-$130k, depending on experience, but with our incentive based structure, our APPs average around $170-$180k/year. We offer medical, dental vision coverage. We will cover your malpractice, provide you with a collaborating physician and reimburse for licensure/DEA renewals. We do not provide money for CME nor do we have a 401k. Mileage is not reimbursed.

This position offers a lot of autonomy. Due to the complexity and autonomy of the position, we do not hire new grads.

It is a very exciting practice that we have built over the past 10 years. We currently have successful practices throughout Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and West Virginia. We are the preferred provider or medical director in each community we serve. Our reputation in the industry is vastly growing with many more communities ready to come on board this year.
