Real Roots Counseling is a growing, collaborative private practice in Vancouver, WA seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team.

We are a relationship-focused group practice that values depth, authenticity, clinical collaboration, and high-quality care. Our practice specializes in anxiety, OCD, trauma, personality dynamics, attachment, and complex mental health presentations, and we are looking for a prescriber who values thoughtful, collaborative psychiatric care within a supportive interdisciplinary environment.

Compensation

• $145,000–$190,000+ annually depending on experience, schedule, and productivity
• Additional productivity bonus opportunities available
• Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options

What We’re Looking For

• Active Washington PMHNP license
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest in collaborative, relationship-centered psychiatric care
• Comfortable working with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and complex presentations
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and care team members
