Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for a diverse outpatient population. This role offers the flexibility to work across our Midvale and West Jordan locations as well as opportunities for remote telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.
• Provide ongoing mental health care and follow-up consultations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and ketamine specialists, to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health.
• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of Utah.
• ANCC certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Previous experience in outpatient psychiatric care is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
