What We Need: We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who will help fulfill our mission, is passionate about integrating functional medicine into their practice, and wants a great balance between home and work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate functional medicine.
- Prescribe and manage medications as part of an integrated treatment plan.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and strategies for maintaining mental wellness.
- Stay current with the latest research and best evidence-based practices in functional medicine psychiatry and current psychiatric practices.
Qualifications:
- Active APRN license in WA state. OR APRN license a bonus.
- Knowledge of functional medicine, or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Graduation from a reputable PMHNP program.
