What We Need: We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who will help fulfill our mission, is passionate about integrating functional medicine into their practice, and wants a great balance between home and work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate functional medicine.
• Prescribe and manage medications as part of an integrated treatment plan.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and strategies for maintaining mental wellness.
• Stay current with the latest research and best evidence-based practices in functional medicine psychiatry and current psychiatric practices.

Qualifications:

• Active APRN license in WA state. OR APRN license a bonus.
• Knowledge of functional medicine, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Graduation from a reputable PMHNP program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
