Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Rhodium Care Group Inc is a premiere group of highly skilled, experienced, and compassionate mental health professionals dedicated to servicing long term care facilities, adult homes and assisted livings seeing a mainly geriatric population.

Rhodium Care Group is currently seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to work 2-3 days a week at a skilled nursing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.

PMHNP Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provider will see geriatric patients for cognitive testing, dementia and psychotherapy services.
• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients.
• Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical director to ensure patient continuity of care.
• Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.

We Require:

• Graduation from an accredited MSN program or equivalent.
• Valid and unrestricted NP license in the state of North Carolina.
• DEA and malpractice insurance.
• Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per day
