Position Overview

We’re seeking a PMHNP who provides thoughtful, evidence‑based psychiatric care and thrives in a supportive, well‑structured environment. If you value clean documentation, ethical prescribing, and a team that actually communicates, you’ll feel right at home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with diagnoses and patient goals
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Provide psychoeducation on medications, diagnoses, and treatment options
• Uphold ethical prescribing practices and professional boundaries

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Pennsylvania
• Must hold an active DEA registration
• Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to trauma‑informed, patient‑centered care
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Schedule
