Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with psychiatric experience with active PMHNP-BC or FNP-C license with independent practice authority in Virginia and Massachusetts to join our fully remote telehealth team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing common outpatient psychiatric conditions and enjoys building meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telehealth
• Assess, diagnose, and treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and related psychiatric conditions
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR while adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with administrative staff and referral sources to ensure continuity of care
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate, and clinically sound psychiatric care

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC or FNP-C license with independent practice authority in Virginia and Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient psychiatry, behavioral health, primary care with psychiatric focus, or telepsychiatry preferred
• Experience diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote telehealth environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Availability Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST required
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
